Described by the judges as ‘pale lemon-green in hue with small bubbles and a narrow cordon, the wine displays quince, apple and pear fruit with brioche and toast accents. Very dry Brut style, the palate is light in body with racy acidity and brittle mousse texture. Refined, with good concentration and length’.
